Which cities do you deliver to in China?

We deliver to all cities in China, typically within 3 days.

How do you use mouthwash tabs?

Drop one or two tablets into a tumbler of water, approximately 20ml. Allow the tablets to fully dissolve which shouldn't take no more than 2 minutes at room temperature. Take a mouthful, rinse the solution around your teeth and gums for up to 30 seconds and spit out.

Where are your toothpaste and mouthwash tabs made?

Our zero waste toothpaste and mouthwash tabs are manufactured in the U.K according to strict GMP standards.

What is your toothbrush made out of?

Our toothbrushes are made from locally sourced wild grown moso bamboo. We chose moso because of its rapid regeneration, natural antimicrobial properties, CO2 neutrality, panda friendliness and zero need of pesticides to grow.

How do you ship my order?

We employ the services of major, tried, and tested domestic carriers to ensure your goods arrive at your destination safely and in one piece. Our partner logistics firms include SF and JD.com

What is your return policy?

We accept all refunds and returns on the basis that the product you ordered didn't arrive at all or is defective upon arrival.
